Sheet 05 · Contacts
The desk, the mailbox, the door
There is no contact form on this site. An enquiry is a phone call or a letter, and it reaches a person who can look at the car — not a queue.

Transport and delivery
Cars can be collected from the workshop or moved by a licensed carrier. Transit windows and what the carrier needs from you are on the delivery sheet.
Have this ready
When you call about a fault
- The VIN — it is on the windscreen plate and on the insurance document.
- The exact symptom, and whether it appears hot, cold, or only under load.
- The last date the car was charged on a DC unit, if you have it.
- What you have already had replaced, and by whom.
With those four answers the desk can usually name the diagnostic line and its price on the first call, and book the car in without a second conversation.
Safety
A car that has been in an impact, has been flooded, or is showing an insulation fault must not be charged or driven. Call the desk before you move it and we will arrange a licensed high-voltage tow.
